In the context of hospitals or ambulances during emergency care, having a full video recording of the process can significantly reduce conflicts and disputes. Here are some key points:

  1. Transparency: Video recordings provide clear evidence of each step in emergency care, reducing misunderstandings about medical decisions.
  2. Clear Accountability: Video can clarify responsibility in disputes, such as confirming traffic obstructions that delay ambulances.
  3. Real-Time Monitoring: Modern ambulances can transmit patient data to hospitals in real time, improving response speed and enabling timely medical guidance.

Body Worn Cameras in Hospitals

Doctors wearing body worn cameras during surgeries have several important applications that enhance patient care in hospitals. The cameras transmit live video to monitors, allowing doctors to clearly see the surgical area and make accurate decisions. They can also send surgical images to remote experts for immediate guidance, which is especially helpful for complex procedures. Additionally, the cameras record the entire surgery, providing valuable footage for later review and analysis, aiding quality control and investigations if issues arise. Furthermore, recorded surgical videos serve as excellent learning resources for medical students and young doctors, helping them better understand surgical techniques.

Ambulance Body Camera

Ambulance body camera are increasingly being used to enhance safety and transparency in emergency medical services. They provide real-time documentation of incidents, offering crucial evidence for liability issues and protecting ambulance drivers. These cameras monitor driving conditions and patient status, facilitating better coordination with dispatch centers (the cameras have built-in GPS for tracking). The body camera can be mounted on the windshield using a suction mount and easily reattached to the uniform when leaving the ambulance.

4K Body Worn Camera

The S3 body camera supports 4K resolution, allowing healthcare professionals to capture all the clear details during their work. Importantly, it is lightweight and easy to operate, featuring a prominent recording button for one-touch recording. Additionally, it supports connection to smartphones via a TYPE-C OTG interface, enabling users to share recorded videos directly to WhatsApp and Facebook.

Mounting for Doctor’s Lab oat

Considering that doctors’ lab coats are typically soft, standard crocodile clips cannot securely attach to their clothing. Therefore, we developed a lightweight magnet mount that firmly holds the body camera in place using internal and external magnets. It can be easily installed and removed in just one second.

Mounting for Ambulance

Typically, body cameras are designed to be worn on clothing. However, for personnel in ambulances, clothing-mounted cameras may not capture the complete scene. To address this, SHELLEYES offers a suction cup mount that allows the body camera to be temporarily installed on the windshield, ensuring a full view of the work being done.

Real-Time Monitoring

The SHELLEYES CMSV software platform allows backend personnel to monitor surgical footage, ambulance rescue operations, and GPS locations in real time. In special circumstances, it enables communication with the users. All video and geographic information will be stored on the server in real time for future investigations.
