How do to reset the device?
When the device malfunctions, freezes, or needs to be restored to its initial settings, it can be reset in the following ways:
Physical Reset Button
Some Shelleyes body-worn cameras are equipped with a hidden reset hole or button. After pressing it once with a thin needle, the device will restart or return to its default state.
Factory Reset in System Menu
Enter the "Settings" menu on the device interface, select the "Reset Default Setting" option to clear user-defined configurations and restore default parameters (without affecting recorded video files).
Reset via Cam Manager Software
All Shelleyes body-worn cameras that support Cam Manager can perform reset operations through the software. After connecting the device, select the "Reset All Settings" command on the computer to quickly clear the device configuration information.
