How to Play AES256 Encrypted Video

Prerequisites

  • The camera has AES256 encrypted recording mode enabled
  • Shelleyes Map Video player is installed
  • A computer with the camera connected, or encrypted video files already exported

Steps

1. Obtain the Encrypted Video File

Users must first retrieve the encrypted video from the camera:

  • Method 1: Unlock the camera’s memory and then access the video files
  • Method 2: Directly export the encrypted video from the camera to the computer

2. Play Using Map Video

Open the Map Video player software.

In the software interface, select the encrypted video file you wish to play (see illustration).

The software will automatically decrypt and play the video.
