How to set up the device and then turn on recording and cannot perform other operations？

Use Cam Manager to turn on both “Record after Startup” and “Guest mode”, so that the camera will enter guest mode and start recording directly when it is turned on again, and the user will not be able to do anything with it (e.g. end the recording, turn it off, etc.).
