1. Prepare Tools:
Download and install the USB driver and upgrade tool provided by Shelleyes on a Windows PC.

  • Install “Driver.msi”
  • Load Firmware File:
    Launch the upgrade tool (PhoenixUSBPro -4.06) and click the "Image" button to load the corresponding firmware file (usually a .img file).
  • Tick the “Reboot”, “Erase All” and “Pull out USB” options on the upper right
  • Click “Start” and you will see a green tick on the right.
  • Turn off body camera, press and hold the Photo” button and plug in the USB cable (Please do not release until you see the progress bar).
  • Wait for the firmware to upgrade, it may take a few minutes (please do not disconnect during this process).
  • The progress bar is all green and loaded to 100% indicating that the firmware upgrade is complete.
  • Verify Upgrade Result: After rebooting, check the firmware version in the device’s settings menu or via the PC management (Cam Manager) to confirm that the upgrade was applied successfully.
