1. Prepare Tools:
Download and install the USB driver and upgrade tool provided by Shelleyes on a Windows PC.

  • Install “Driver.msi”
  • Load Firmware File:
    Launch the upgrade tool (PhoenixUSBPro -4.06) and click the "Image" button to load the corresponding firmware file (usually a .img file).
  • Tick the “Reboot”, “Erase All” and “Pull out USB” options on the upper right
  • Click “Start” and you will see a green tick on the right.

Turn off body camera, press and hold the FN button and plug in the USB cable (Please do not release until you see the progress bar).

Wait for the firmware to upgrade, it may take a few minutes (please do not disconnect during this process).

The progress bar is all green and loaded to 100% indicating that the firmware upgrade is complete.

Verify Upgrade Result: After rebooting, check the firmware version in the device’s settings menu or via the PC management (Cam Manager) to confirm that the upgrade was applied successfully.
