How to Configure Facial Recognition in the CMSV Client Software?

Shelleyes S9 body camera support facial recognition features, which must be configured through the CMSV Client Software. Below are the standard steps for setting up the Portrait library:

1. Log in to the CMSV Client Backend

Use the administrator account (admin) to log in to the CMSV Client Software:

Launch the CMSV Client;
Enter the admin username and password;
After successful login, access the system management interface.

2. Access the Face Library Management Interface

Navigate through the following menu path:

Police → Portrait Library → Add

3. Add Portrait Image

In the "Add" interface, fill in the required fields and upload a facial photo:

Name / Sex/ Type etc.;

Upload a clear, front-facing facial image;

Image requirements:

One person only, front-facing, no obstructions;

Recommended size: under 1MB;

Supported formats: JPG / PNG.
