How long is the product warranty?

The standard warranty for camcorders is 1 year, for more details on the warranty terms, please refer to Shelleyes' After Sales Warranty Policy：

All of Shelleyes main products include a 12-month warranty and accessories include a 90-day warranty. This warranty is non-transferable and extends only to the original buyer or the end user of an authorized reseller. This warranty does not apply to replacements or repairs necessitated by reasons that are beyond the control of Shelleyes, including but not limited to, acts of nature, improper installation, excess moisture, misuse, lack of proper maintenance, accidents, voltage fluctuations, or any unauthorized tampering, repairs, or modifications.

1. Defective devices will be repaired or replaced with factory-refurbished units only if the device cannot be repaired.
2. Freight cost of repairs returns (under warranty) are pre-paid by each party. Both resellers and Shell Group has responsibility to avoid unnecessary tax for each other.
3. Shellfilm/Shelleyes provide free 3‰ spare parts for orders more than 1000pcs.
